About Tony Maywright

After moving to Orlando in 1987, Tony spiraled into stardom as a featured Disney talent, eventually becoming a nationally recognized performer. In 1989, Tony won vocal and talent contests which launched him into television commercials, print ads, and numerous fashion shows. Eventually, after traveling as an entertainer with a national fashion show, Tony was recognized nationally on Ed McMahon's "Star Search." He has performed his singing act at places such as Tavern on the Green in New York City, and Atlantic Dance Music Hall at Disney's Boardwalk. His success earned him a news feature on Orlando's local NBC television news station and a major article in the Orlando Sentinel. Currently, Tony is the radio host for "Saturday Night Entertainment Place" on AM 580 WDBO.

Tony Mayright is available for booking both locally and nationally. He currently specializes in "Sinatra Night" performances. He is available to perform as a solo act or with a full rhythm section as support.
