About D. Bailey Management
D. Bailey Management, Inc. is an entertainment agency totally dedicated to the promotion
and direction of live entertainment. We know that there is no compromise for quality live entertainment,
and above all, we strive to provide this to a marketplace that is spoiled by modern technology.
We work closely with all of the acts that are represented by our agency on everything from material
to sound equipment and lighting. Our consultants know the "in's" and "out's" of today's complex
musical society.
Dennis Bailey - Owner and president
Dennis has been actively involved in all facets of the music industry from performance to management for
over twenty five years. There's no substitute for experience. Dennis has performed all over the country.
He knows the business, he knows what works and what doesn't. Each event is different, and you need a
professional to match your event with just the right entertainment to make it work.

Heather Forgét - Agent
Heather's big break as an agent began at the tender age of 15 when she lobbied to adapt an old abandoned
schoolhouse into a venue to help her friends' bands move out of the garage circuit.
Hating to see her friends' bands stuck playing garages or scrounging for gas money to get to the next town's punk show, Heather found a historic, but abandoned, schoolhouse at the edge of town. Armed with sound ordinance research, a ride from her mom, and a $100 check to the county, she got the venue her friends needed and the agent was born.
The Old Schoolhouse soon became a landmark venue for punk, ska, and hardcore bands from all over Florida and even hosted national music acts. With an ear for music and an eye for talent, some of Heather's early bookings later became international recording artists such as: Less than Jake and Alison Mosshart (who went on to join The Kills and collaborate with Jack White from the White Stripes, as featured in Rolling Stone).
Eventually, Heather "took a break" from her music business to study communications and law in college. After hosting her own radio show and gaining experience as a Bar-certified attorney, Heather has transitioned seamlessly back into the agent role with D. Bailey Management, Inc. She combines her music experience with her expert knowledge in topics such as copyright, trademark, and negotiation tactics to help her clients during fee negotiations, recording and distribution deals, or venue agreements.
