FAQ

What information do you need to be able to quote a price FOR an event?

  • Number of Guests – The number of guests you anticipate on having determines the requirements for sound so that all your guests can enjoy the entertainment. Simply put, a room with 200 people in it requires more equipment than a room with 50.

  • Location of Event – We need to know the location of the event because some venues already provide sound. We also work with entertainment from all over and need to factor travel expenses into the quote.

  • Date/Time of Year – Some months or occasions are busier than others (i.e. New Years and wedding season) and can therefore affect pricing.

  • Customized Services – At DBM we can fully customize the band entertainment for your event to fulfill your vision, such as adding additional vocalists, horns, DJ, etc.  We can also supply ceremony music for weddings and cocktail hour entertainment for weddings all other events.

We work with a multitude of acts and bands at varying prices so although it is not necessary for us to know your budget in order to send you a quote, knowing the amount of money you would like to stay within saves time for both parties and allows us to be of better service to you.
